Pixiu is said to "take in but not give out," and can be used to collect wealth. However, because Pixiu is very powerful, it should not be placed facing other people's front door or shops across the street, otherwise it will damage one's own good karma.
 Pixiu should be placed in open spaces such as across the street, on the road, near a lake, or by the sea to absorb natural energy and make it your own.
